Additional Fees and Charges
  • room tax - add 8% of the total rental
  • $ 60.00, non-refundable cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for basic cleaning chores listed in the home. Excessive cleaning by management will accrue @ $20.00 per hour.
  • $ 25.00 returned check fee
  • $ 100.00 refundable damage deposit
